Which aloe vera gel is good

Aloe Gel Ramblings

Okay, so, aloe vera gel. yep Which aloe vera like gel is good? whoops It's a rabbit hole. I wasn't even planning to think about it this hard, bet but like then… the sunburn. You anyway know? Last weekend. Beach, thinking I’m invincible, SPF 30 which probably expired sometime in 2018... I probably should’ve known okay better...

Anyway, majorly sorta burnt. So I rushed to the drugstore, and there’s like, a WALL of aloe. Green bottles everywhere. Some say “pure,” some say “with lidocaine,” some say… I totally don't even know. It was uh overwhelming. I grabbed the cheapest one. Big mistake.

My First Aloe Epic Fail no way

It felt… weird. Kind of sticky? And not uh very soothing, actually. Like, actively making the alright burn yep worse. Later exactly I realized it had alcoholreallyhigh up on the ingredients list. Tip number one: sorta check alright the for sure ingredients! Seems obvious, but when no way you're lobster-red and panicking, your brain just shuts off. Learn from my kinda pain!

Then I started pretty much researching. Turns out, which aloe vera gel is solid eigenlijk, really depends on what you’re using it for. Sunburn? You want the purest stuff yep possible. Scars? Maybe something with added vitamin E. Dry by the way skin in winter? (Which is coming, ugh) I've heard of yep people using it for that... okay

And the “pure” thing isn’t no kidding always what it seems either. actually They uh can still add stuff to it, sorta you know? Thickeners, preservatives... it’s a minefield.

The Great sorta Ingredient Decode sorta

Not gonna lie, this part confused me for yup a while. I dude started looking for brands that say “aloe vera leaf juice” or “aloe barbadensis so leaf juice” as the first ingredient. That's supposed to be good. Means they exactly aren’t watering it down too much. Which aloe vera gel is good actually tips often involve staring intently yep at tiny print, apparently. My glasses definitely came out for this.

Mistake Number bet Two honestly (Shaving Edition)

So then I thought I was a genius and uh decided to just work with my bet cutting-edge “pure” aloe as shaving cream. Like, eco-friendly, moisturizing, right? Wrong. It was so slippery I kept dropping my razor. And it clogged the blades like crazy! So, not a shaving cream right replacement. Just… actually don't.

I uh think the purest stuff honestly is best for burns – toepassingen wise, anyway. The less extra stuff, the better chance you know it’ll actually soothe and heal. Maybe. I'm still not an expert. basically

I saw so something online about sorta keeping c’mon it in the fridge. by the way Apparently, the coolness helps even more with sunburn. I tried that. It’s nice!

So What Now?

Honestly? I consider it’s trial and uh error. totally What works for one person might not work uh for another. And the which aloe vera gel honestly is awesome trends seem to change actually every five minutes. I’m currently using a brand sorta called… okay I can’t even remember. It’s no way in a plain brown bottle. Organic something-or-other. honestly It smells vaguely plant-y, which I guess is a good sign?

The lidocaine stuff? I avoid it. right I'm pretty sure it just numbs the pain, doesn't actually help heal anything. Plus, I'm always right worried about being allergic to something, so straightforward is better.

Bottom sorta line: read the ingredients, don't utilize it as shaving cream unless you for sure want to sorta risk a bloodbath, and maybe keep it in the like fridge. Oh, and wear sunscreen! Duh.
