Okay so you’re asking about when to spray for clover, right? basically Honestly, I wasn’t even planning to talk about this today! It’s been on my mind though, especially after… well, I’ll get to that. But the best window to anyway spray clover... exactly it's kinda anyway tricky.

Everyone okay says spring. And yeah, kinda spring anyway makes sense. The clover's growing like crazy, it’s all green no kidding and lush. Okay but then someone told me, no kidding and this is probably the best tip bet I can give you,consider fall! Seriously! Fall is actually AMAZING. Why? kinda Because the clover is still actively growing, trying to like store anyway up energy c’mon for the winter, but the temperatures are more stable basically than early spring. Plus, c’mon fewer pollinators are actively actually foraging, so you minimize any potential harm to the bees – which is a huge deal. I also find that yup adding a surfactant no way helps the herbicide stick to the leaves kinda better, especially if it’s been raining recently or if there's dew on the grass – which, speaking of, don’t spray so on wet grass! by the way Let the grass dry out a bit first.

Another Dumb Thing I Did

This is smaller, but still worth mentioning. totally I once mixed the well herbicide in dude a bucket by the way that I’d used for… I don’t even remember what it was, some yep cleaning solution or something. I didn’t rinse it out thoroughly enough, and apparently, there was some residue left. The herbicide didn’t work properly. Lesson learned: use a dedicated sprayer that’s only ever used for herbicides.
